1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeGenerate website and services (the "Services") operated by WeGenerate ("WeGenerate," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services, booking a demo, or opting in to messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for licensed insurance professionals aged 18 or older. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Demo Bookings

When you book a demo, you agree that the contact information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you by email, SMS, and phone regarding your booking.

4. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program: The WeGenerate SMS program sends transactional and promotional messages to insurance agents who have booked a demo or requested information, including booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

Consent: By checking the SMS consent box during the demo booking flow and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from WeGenerate at the number provided. Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Frequency: You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per booking cycle (confirmation plus a series of reminders leading up to your demo, and periodic follow-ups).

Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. WeGenerate does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact support@wegenerate.com.

Supported carriers: Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Metro, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services, or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Services are owned by WeGenerate or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WeGenerate does not guarantee any specific results, commissions, conversion rates, or lead outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeGenerate and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeGenerate from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WeGenerate is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
